Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Basin RV website at https://www.basinrv.com (the "Site") and all products and services offered by Basin RV Repair LLC, doing business as Basin RV® ("Basin RV," "we," "us," or "our"). Basin RV Repair LLC operates from 9031 Helen Ave., Odessa, TX 79766.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, posting a listing, requesting a quote, booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or authorizing service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. This version supersedes all prior versions.

1. Scope of Services

Basin RV provides mobile RV repair and maintenance, shop repair and maintenance at our Odessa lot, online sales of RV parts and accessories, paid telephone consultations, a free community classified board, and related services.

Services may include air conditioning repair and replacement, refrigerator and water heater repair, electrical diagnostics and repair, plumbing, leak detection, sewer valve and sewer tank work, window and door replacement, awnings and toppers, vent replacement, roof fixtures and roof repairs, slide seal and slide diagnostics, routine maintenance, and general RV repair.

Availability, scheduling, service areas, and the method of performing any repair are determined by Basin RV based on the work requested, technician availability, parts availability, and site conditions.

2. Mobile Repair Services

Mobile technicians travel to the customer's location to perform agreed diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work. The customer must provide a safe, legal, accessible, and reasonably suitable location for the work, including safe access for a service vehicle and adequate space, lighting, and working conditions.

Service coverage depends on the customer's exact location, the type of repair needed, technician availability, parts availability, access conditions, and other operational factors. Customers must contact Basin RV before scheduling to confirm whether service is available at the requested location.

Mobile work is limited to work that can reasonably and safely be performed at the customer's location. If the requested work cannot be safely or properly completed on site, we may recommend that the RV be brought to our lot, or we may decline or reschedule the work.

We also offer 24-hour emergency repair service, subject to technician availability, location, weather, safety, parts availability, and the nature of the requested repair. Emergency availability does not guarantee immediate arrival, same-day completion, or that a repair can be completed at the customer's location.

3. Shop Repair Services

Shop repairs are performed at 9031 Helen Ave., Odessa, TX 79766. Major or heavy work may need to be performed at the shop rather than in the field, including roof replacements, remodeling, sewer tank replacement, major slide repairs and slide seals, and other work requiring shop equipment or extended labor.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for delivering the RV to our lot and retrieving it after the authorized work is complete.

Customers must remove personal belongings before delivering an RV for shop work, except for items we specifically agree in writing to handle.

4. Estimates, Quotes, Deposits, and Payment

We strive to provide reasonable and transparent pricing. Mobile and shop repair work is quoted before work begins whenever reasonably possible.

Estimates and quotes given before diagnosis or before work begins are approximate unless identified in writing as a fixed-price quote for a specified scope and period. The final amount may change because of hidden damage, additional labor, parts availability, freight, taxes, changed customer instructions, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified beforehand.

Special orders and parts orders require an upfront deposit as determined by Basin RV and disclosed before the order is placed. Special order deposits are non-refundable.

Payment for services, parts, consultations, and repairs is due as stated at checkout, in the written quote, or on completion, unless we have approved different written payment terms in advance. We may require payment of outstanding amounts before releasing an RV, part, or other property, to the extent permitted by law.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, omissions, and product or pricing errors. If we discover a material error before fulfilling an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the order or cancel and refund the affected order.

From time to time Basin RV offers a promotional discount of up to 15% off repair labor to customers who locate the promotional page on the Site and provide the current promotional keyword to their technician at the time of service; the discount applies to repair labor only, does not apply to parts, materials, or freight, is not combinable with other offers, and is applied at Basin RV's discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Site Conditions

Customers must disclose known defects, prior damage, prior repairs, modifications, leaks, roof condition, water intrusion, electrical conditions, structural conditions, and any other fact that may affect the work.

Customers must remove personal belongings that obstruct repair areas and must secure pets and restrict access to the work area during service.

If a campground, park, property owner, or other authority prohibits outside mobile repair, the customer is responsible for arranging an authorized location or bringing the RV to our lot.

Customers must provide accurate vehicle, equipment, and contact information, and must maintain insurance on their RV, vehicle, equipment, and personal property.

6. Scheduling, Timelines, and Right to Refuse Service

Technicians may refuse, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unlawful, inaccessible, abusive, or outside our capability or the agreed scope.

Appointment windows, arrival estimates, dispatch estimates, completion estimates, and statements about service availability are estimates only. They are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed deadlines. No appointment window, arrival time, completion time, response time, or availability statement creates a guaranteed deadline or an obligation to perform work by a particular time.

Any statement that work may be completed same-day, on the same visit, or by a particular time reflects an aspiration based on conditions known at the time and is not a promise or guarantee. Actual timing depends on technician availability, parts availability, weather, access, the nature and condition of the work, and events outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, prior service calls, parts availability, supplier delays, customer unavailability, inaccessible vehicles or locations, or events outside our reasonable control. See Section 9.

7. Lot Storage, Drop-Off, and Damage While in Our Custody

When an RV is left at our lot, the customer authorizes Basin RV to keep the RV at the lot for the period reasonably necessary to perform authorized work, obtain parts, await customer instructions, or arrange pickup.

Storage is provided as a convenience in connection with authorized work and is not a guarantee of security, custodial protection, or protection from weather.

Customers must retrieve the RV promptly after being notified that work is complete or the RV is ready for pickup. We may charge disclosed storage fees for RVs left beyond the agreed pickup period. Unretrieved RVs and property may be handled under applicable Texas law governing storage, liens, and abandoned property.

Customers must remove valuables and personal belongings before leaving an RV at the lot. We are not responsible for personal property left inside an RV.

BASIN RV IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS, EXISTING OR PRIOR ROOF DAMAGE, DETERIORATED, CRACKED, BRITTLE, OR FAILED ROOF SEALANT, PREVIOUS REPAIRS BY OTHERS, FAILED OR COMPROMISED SEALS OR LAP SEALANT, PRIOR WATER INTRUSION, EXISTING MOLD OR MILDEW, DELAMINATION, SOFT SPOTS, OR STRUCTURAL WEAKNESS. IF AN RV IS DELIVERED TO OUR LOT WITH ROOF OR SEALING CONDITIONS THAT ARE ALREADY COMPROMISED, THOSE CONDITIONS REMAIN THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. IF WATER ENTERS AN RV THROUGH A PRE-EXISTING ROOF, SEAL, WINDOW, VENT, OR BODY DEFECT, INCLUDING WHERE RAIN, HAIL, WIND, OR SEVERE WEATHER OCCURS AFTER DELIVERY TO OUR LOT, THAT DAMAGE IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT BASIN RV'S, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY BASIN RV'S OWN NEGLIGENCE.

CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO MAINTAIN COMPREHENSIVE AND COLLISION INSURANCE, AND ANY OTHER COVERAGE THEY CONSIDER APPROPRIATE, AT ALL TIMES WHILE THE RV IS AT OUR LOT.

BASIN RV'S ROLE WHILE AN RV IS AT OUR LOT IS THAT OF A BAILEE FOR HIRE. BASIN RV WILL EXERCISE ORDINARY CARE WITH RESPECT TO RVs IN ITS CUSTODY. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR BASIN RV'S OWN NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

The customer's drop-off, condition report, and authorization to repair are governed by the separate Drop-Off and Authorization Agreement signed at intake, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and controls in the event of any conflict with this section. Customers are encouraged to photograph their RV, and in particular the roof and interior, before delivery.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions, Latent Defects, and Wear and Tear

Basin RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, hidden damage, deterioration, corrosion, age-related failure, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, improper prior maintenance or repair by others, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, accident damage, weather damage, or conditions outside the scope of the authorized work.

Repairing one component or system does not certify the condition of the entire RV or of any system we did not inspect or service, and does not create any obligation to identify or address defects outside the scope of the authorized work.

9. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

Basin RV is not responsible for delay, cancellation, inability to perform, damage, or failure to meet an estimated schedule caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These events include hail storms, severe weather, thunderstorms, lightning, flooding, high winds, freezing conditions, fire, smoke, natural disasters, earthquakes, dust storms, power outages, utility failures, road closures, governmental action, public health emergencies, civil unrest, labor disruptions, supply shortages, manufacturer or distributor delays, carrier delays, and other acts of God or unforeseen events.

If such an event affects scheduled work, delivery, storage, parts availability, or a repair site, we may reschedule, suspend, or cancel the affected work. Amounts due for services already performed, parts already ordered, or non-refundable deposits remain payable.

10. Customer Property, Theft, Vandalism, and Break-Ins

Customers are strongly advised to maintain comprehensive and collision insurance and other coverage they consider appropriate for their RV, vehicle, equipment, and personal property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basin RV is not responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, break-ins, burglary, weather damage, or damage to or loss of personal belongings while the RV or property is at our lot, stored at our lot awaiting parts, service, or pickup, at the customer's property, at a campground or temporary service location, or in transit at the customer's request, except to the extent caused by Basin RV's own negligence.

This section does not exclude or limit liability for Basin RV's fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

11. Insurance, Bonding, and Coverage Limits

Basin RV maintains commercial general liability insurance covering its business operations and maintains any surety bond required for its operations. Certificates of insurance or bond documentation are available on request by contacting Basin RV at the number in Section 31.

BASIN RV'S INSURANCE AND ANY BOND ARE MAINTAINED FOR BASIN RV'S OWN BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND LIABILITY. THEY DO NOT INSURE AND DO NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR CUSTOMER RVs, VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. BASIN RV'S INSURANCE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE CUSTOMER'S OWN INSURANCE, AND IT DOES NOT MAKE BASIN RV RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR LIABILITY THAT THESE TERMS PLACE ON THE CUSTOMER OR THAT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN INSURANCE WOULD COVER.

The existence of insurance or bonding does not create, expand, or extend any obligation, warranty, or liability of Basin RV beyond what these Terms and applicable law provide. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the applicable policy or bond.

Customers are strongly advised to maintain their own comprehensive and collision insurance, and any other coverage they consider appropriate, covering their RV, vehicle, equipment, and personal property at all times, including while the RV is at our lot or in our custody. See Sections 7 and 10.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basin RV Repair LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, loss of data, loss of goodwill, substitute lodging, substitute transportation, or rental costs arising from the Site, products, consultations, repairs, installations, storage, or services.

For claims that may legally be limited, Basin RV's total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Basin RV for the specific product, consultation, installation, repair, or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent liability cannot legally be limited, damage to property in Basin RV's custody caused by Basin RV's negligence, or any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

13. Online Parts Sales

Basin RV sells RV parts, accessories, and related products through the Site. Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, compatibility, condition, pricing, and delivery options are provided in the listing or at checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming part numbers, measurements, voltage, amperage, dimensions, fitment, compatibility, intended use, and suitability before purchase. Customers should consult a qualified technician where appropriate.

Product availability may change without notice.

14. Shipping and Freight

Basin RV ships eligible new parts and accessories through third-party carriers, which may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and less-than-truckload carriers.

Carriers set their own rates. We pass carrier charges through without markup. Any handling, crating, or special-preparation charge applied by Basin RV is disclosed separately before the order is accepted.

Shipping and freight charges are shown at checkout or quoted before the order is accepted when the amount cannot be calculated automatically. Charges depend on actual weight, dimensions, dimensional weight, distance, residential or commercial delivery, limited-access delivery, accessorial services such as liftgate and inside delivery, fuel and seasonal surcharges, and special handling.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some products may ship directly from a distributor or manufacturer, and drop-ship orders may have different processing times, tracking, and return requirements.

Shipment is made under a shipment contract unless we agree otherwise in writing, and title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier, without limiting rights under applicable law.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly, and should inspect freight deliveries before signing the delivery receipt. Visible shipping damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours.

Shipping and freight terms are also governed by our Shipping & Freight Policy, and this section should be read together with it.

15. Used, Salvaged, and Clearance Parts

Used, salvaged, surplus, and clearance parts are available for local pickup only. We do not ship these parts unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Some items may receive a limited visual inspection by our technicians before being offered for sale. Any inspection is limited to the observations specifically disclosed for the item and is not a certification of safety, condition, functionality, future performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These parts are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without any express or implied warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law. Buyers must inspect in person before purchase and are responsible for verifying condition, fitment, compatibility, and suitability.

Used, salvaged, surplus, and clearance parts are final sale and are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site, which forms part of these Terms.

In general, new, unused, unopened parts and accessories may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days after receipt, with proof of purchase, return authorization, and the item in resalable condition.

Electrical and electronic parts are final sale and are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. This includes control boards, circuit boards, ignition boards, converters, inverters, thermostats, relays, sensors, switches, cords, and similar components.

Approved returns of air conditioners, major appliances, and other items identified on the product page or at checkout are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee will not be charged unless it was disclosed before purchase.

Special order deposits are non-refundable. Diagnostic, dispatch, travel, and labor charges are non-refundable once the technician has arrived or the service has been performed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, ordinarily within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Refunds required by law will be honored, and nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be waived.

17. Ask a Tech Telephone Consultations

Basin RV offers paid telephone consultations at $25 for 15 minutes and $50 for 30 minutes, subject to availability. Consultations may be purchased through the Site or booked through our scheduling calendar.

A consultation is for general technical guidance based on the information the customer provides. It is not a diagnosis, an in-person inspection, or a substitute for professional service, and it includes no parts, labor, travel, installation, or repair work. Advice given during a consultation is based solely on the information provided, and the customer is responsible for how that information is used.

A customer may cancel or reschedule by contacting 432-310-5681 or basinrv.serv@yahoo.com. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the fee. A consultation canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed by the customer, or ended because the customer is unavailable or cannot be reached may be treated as completed and may not be refunded. If Basin RV cancels or reschedules, the customer may choose a new appointment or receive a refund of the consultation fee.

18. Limited 90-Day Installation Warranty

Basin RV provides a limited 90-day warranty on the workmanship of installation work performed by Basin RV, beginning on the date the installation work is completed. It covers defects in the workmanship of the installation itself.

The warranty does not cover: the part, appliance, component, or material installed; a manufacturer defect in the part; pre-existing conditions or hidden damage; normal wear, age, corrosion, or deterioration; misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident; weather, hail, water intrusion, or other external events; unauthorized modification or repair; work performed, altered, removed, or disturbed by anyone other than Basin RV; failure to follow instructions or manufacturer requirements; or conditions outside the scope of the installation work performed by Basin RV.

To request warranty service, contact Basin RV promptly after discovering the alleged installation defect and provide reasonable information about the issue. If the claim is covered, Basin RV's remedy is limited to repairing or redoing the installation workmanship, at Basin RV's discretion. Basin RV may inspect the work before determining coverage.

Parts carry only the applicable manufacturer's factory warranty. Any parts warranty claim must be pursued with the manufacturer. Basin RV makes no independent warranty regarding the parts themselves, and may assist a customer in submitting a manufacturer warranty claim as a courtesy without becoming responsible for the manufacturer's decision or performance. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by improper installation, modification, misuse, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited installation warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Basin RV and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Taxes

For Texas orders, applicable Texas sales tax is charged on taxable parts, materials, and other taxable tangible goods as required by law.

Separately stated repair labor for qualifying RV or motor vehicle repair and maintenance is generally not subject to Texas sales tax. Tax treatment may depend on the transaction, the item, the way charges are stated, and applicable law.

For orders shipped outside Texas, we do not charge Texas sales tax where Texas law does not require it. Customers are responsible for any sales, use, or other tax imposed by their own jurisdiction.

Basin RV does not calculate, collect, or remit tax in connection with third-party listings on the classified board, because Basin RV does not sell the listed property, receive payment, or participate in those transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own tax, title, registration, and reporting obligations. Tax treatment should be confirmed with a qualified tax professional.

20. USA RV Classifieds Community Board

Basin RV makes available a free community classified board identified as "USA RV Classifieds." The board is a passive venue where third parties may create an account and upload their own RV, vehicle, equipment, photograph, and description listings.

Listing is free. Basin RV does not charge a listing fee, commission, percentage, or transaction fee, and receives no compensation, fee, or other benefit from any listing or sale.

Basin RV is not the seller, buyer, dealer, broker, agent, auctioneer, or representative of any party, and is not a party to any transaction arising from a listing. Basin RV does not buy, sell, broker, arrange, negotiate, facilitate, finance, guarantee, inspect, transport, store, or complete any sale.

Basin RV does not handle payments, deposits, earnest money, escrow, or funds, does not hold or transfer titles, and does not take possession of any vehicle, key, or document.

Basin RV does not verify or investigate any listing, item, seller, buyer, description, photograph, price, ownership, title, lien status, mileage, condition, or legal right to sell, and does not confirm that a seller owns a vehicle or is authorized to sell it.

Listings are created and submitted by users. Basin RV does not pre-screen listings and does not edit listing content.

Any transaction is solely between the seller and the buyer, who are responsible for their own inspection, due diligence, negotiation, meeting arrangements, payment, title transfer, motor vehicle sales tax, registration, odometer disclosure, and documentation. Buyers should inspect any vehicle in person before paying anything and should verify ownership, title, lien status, and the vehicle identification number through the appropriate Texas authorities.

Basin RV does not provide customer service, negotiation, dispute resolution, escrow, appraisal, inspection, financing, transportation, title transfer, or documentation services for board listings, and does not answer calls or questions about listed items. Questions about a listing must be directed to the person who posted it.

Basin RV does not provide the Site, our lot, or our premises as the location for inspection, negotiation, payment, delivery, or completion of a transaction, and users may not use the Basin RV lot for a transaction arising from a listing without our separate written permission.

Items listed on the board are offered by third-party sellers, not by Basin RV, and are offered AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Basin RV makes no warranty regarding any listed item, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, ownership, condition, safety, functionality, or compatibility.

Basin RV is not responsible for any act, omission, statement, misrepresentation, fraud, error, non-performance, defect, injury, loss, damage, title defect, undisclosed lien, odometer discrepancy, salvage or flood history, accident history, or failure to deliver arising from a board listing or transaction.

21. Board Accounts, Listing Removal, and Reporting

To post a listing, a user must create a Basin RV account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account, and must promptly notify Basin RV of any suspected unauthorized access.

Users may not create an account or post a listing using another person's identity or false information.

There is no self-service editing or removal function. If the person who posted a listing wants it removed because the item sold or for any other reason, that person must contact Basin RV at 432-310-5681 or basinrv.serv@yahoo.com and Basin RV will remove it manually. Basin RV may require reasonable information to confirm that the request comes from the person who posted the listing. Basin RV is not obligated to remove a listing at the request of anyone other than the person who posted it, though Basin RV may remove or restrict content when it determines removal is appropriate.

Basin RV may remove, decline, suspend, edit for formatting, or refuse to publish any listing, and may suspend or terminate any account, at any time and with or without notice.

Any person may report a listing that appears fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or improper by contacting Basin RV at the numbers above. Basin RV may, but is not obligated to, review reports and remove content, and may disclose listing and user information to law enforcement or to a party with a legal claim, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Listing Rules and Poster Representations

By posting a listing, the person posting it represents and warrants that: the person is at least 18 years old; the person owns the item or holds written authority from the owner to advertise it; the item is titled in the person's own name; the information and photographs are accurate, current, the person's own or used with permission; all known material defects, liens, encumbrances, salvage history, flood history, and other material facts are disclosed; the item is not stolen; the listing does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; the listing does not violate applicable law; and the person is not acting as an unlicensed dealer or listing vehicles on behalf of another person.

The board is intended for private-party listings only. Dealers, businesses, and other commercial sellers may not use the board, and no person may use the board to conduct unlicensed dealer activity, to sell vehicles not titled in that person's own name, or to evade dealer licensing requirements.

A person who posts a listing agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Basin RV Repair LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to that person's listing or transaction, including claims brought by a buyer, another user, or a governmental authority. This indemnity includes claims arising from or alleging the negligence of Basin RV, but does not extend to Basin RV's own fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.

23. Charitable and Community Links

Basin RV may provide links on the Site to independent third-party charitable and community organizations, which may include the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, Dementia Society of America, Save the Children (U.S.), and The ALS Association.

These links are provided for community awareness and informational purposes only. Basin RV is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or acting as an agent for any listed organization unless expressly stated in writing, and listing an organization does not mean Basin RV endorses it or has verified it.

Clicking a link takes the visitor to the applicable organization's own website. Basin RV does not collect, process, hold, transmit, distribute, or administer contributions or donations. No contribution or donation passes through Basin RV, any Basin RV account, or our payment processor. Basin RV receives no fee, commission, referral payment, or other benefit from any organization or any contribution.

Questions about a contribution, receipt, refund, or use of funds must be directed to the organization that received it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basin RV is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from a visitor's interaction with a linked organization, including any use of information provided to that organization, any security incident, any solicitation, or any use of contributed funds. Basin RV may add, modify, suspend, or remove any such link at any time.

24. Social Media

Basin RV maintains pages on third-party social media platforms, which may include Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

Use of any platform is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms. The platform controls the information it collects, and we do not control the platform's practices.

Content posted on or interacting with our social pages, including comments, photographs, reviews, tags, mentions, and messages, may be visible to the public. Do not post personal, confidential, or sensitive information on our social pages. We do not control and are not responsible for content posted by others on our pages or elsewhere on any platform.

Our social media pages are not an appropriate or reliable channel for submitting privacy rights requests, legal notices, copyright notices, warranty claims, or formal complaints. Please direct those to basinrv.serv@yahoo.com, 432-310-5681, or the address in Section 31. We do not guarantee that a request submitted through social media will be received or processed.

If you tag us, mention us, submit a photograph to us, or otherwise provide content to us through social media, you grant Basin RV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and share that content on our Site, our social pages, and our marketing materials, and you represent that you have the right to grant that license.

Content we post on social media belongs to Basin RV Repair LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission, except as permitted by law. We may hide, remove, or restrict comments or content, and may block or restrict users, at our discretion.

25. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including charitable organizations, social media platforms, payment processors, carriers, and service providers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Their terms and policies govern the information you provide to them.

26. Compliance with Laws

Basin RV offers its products and services in accordance with applicable federal, Texas, and local law. Customers and users are responsible for using the Site, our products and services, and the classified board in compliance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms authorizes unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, unsafe use, evasion of licensing requirements, or violation of another person's rights.

27. Trademark and Intellectual Property

Basin RV® is a registered trademark of Basin RV Repair LLC. The Basin RV name, logo, service marks, trade names, Site content, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials are owned by Basin RV Repair LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. All rights are reserved.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

28. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them, the Site, our products, our services, or any board listing are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer or user from filing a complaint with a governmental agency or from exercising any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, and the version in effect on the date of a purchase, booking, authorized repair, account creation, or listing submission governs that transaction or activity. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

30. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
