Welcome to Basin RV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.basin-rv.com), our online parts store, our mobile RV repair and maintenance services, and our roadside assistance plans. By accessing our Site, booking a service, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Scope of Services

Basin RV provides mobile RV repair, routine maintenance, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and retail sales of RV parts and accessories. Our mobile service technicians travel to your location (within our designated service areas) to perform agreed-upon diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work.

2. Estimates, Pricing, Payments & Misadvertisement Protection

We strive to offer reasonable and transparent pricing. Estimates provided prior to diagnosis or service are approximate and subject to change based on hidden damage, parts availability, or additional labor discovered during service. All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability on our Site or marketing materials are provided in good faith based on manufacturer specifications and supplier data (including verified B2B partners such as Dometic and NTP Stag). However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Special orders and parts orders require an upfront deposit as determined by Basin RV. Payment for mobile services, parts, and repairs is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions

For mobile repairs, customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location to work on the RV. If park management prohibits outside mobile repair, the customer is responsible for relocating the vehicle. Customers must remove personal belongings obstructing repair areas and secure pets during service. Technicians reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our mobile repair services, parts sales, or roadside assistance. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered or products sold shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Basin RV for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Basin RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or failures resulting from normal wear and tear or improper prior maintenance.

Vandalism and Break-Ins: Basin RV shall bear no liability or responsibility for any theft, vandalism, break-ins, property loss, or interior/exterior damage to recreational vehicles, trailers, or personal belongings left on company premises, customer property, or temporary service sites during repair, maintenance, or storage. Owners are strongly advised to maintain their own comprehensive and collision insurance covering such incidents.

5. Product Sourcing & Authenticity

Basin RV sources products through authorized B2B accounts and legitimate wholesale distribution channels, including direct authorized accounts with Dometic and NTP Stag, along with an Amazon Business Prime account. All products are genuine OEM. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer; Basin RV makes no independent warranty beyond what is provided by the manufacturer, except as expressly stated in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basin RV disclaims any liability for claims alleging that products sold are counterfeit, unauthorized, or gray-market goods, provided that such products were sourced through our authorized B2B accounts, Amazon Business Prime account, or other legitimate wholesale distribution channels.

6. Compliance with Laws

All products sold and services rendered by Basin RV are offered in accordance with applicable federal and Texas laws regarding authorized distribution, product sales, and consumer protection. Basin RV operates in compliance with the Texas Business and Commerce Code and applicable federal trade regulations.

7. Trademark Notice

"Basin RV," the Basin RV logo, and all associated brand elements, service marks, and trade names used on our website, vehicles, uniforms, and marketing materials are trademarks and/or service marks owned and operated by Basin RV. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Basin RV's trademarks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Charitable Links Disclosure

Basin RV Repair LLC, doing business as Basin RV®, may from time to time place links on the Site, or include links in our communications, that direct visitors to third-party websites, charitable organizations, or donation platforms where the visitor may choose to make a donation. This section explains the limited role Basin RV plays with respect to those links.

Basin RV is not the charity. Basin RV is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any charitable organization, fundraising campaign, or donation platform referenced through a link on the Site, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or sponsorship of any organization.

Donations are made directly to the third party. Any donation is made directly by the donor to the charitable organization or donation platform identified on the linked third-party website. Basin RV does not receive, collect, accept, hold, custody, control, process, transmit, distribute, or administer any donation. Donations do not pass through any account of Basin RV, and Basin RV receives no portion of, and no financial benefit from, any donation made through any such link.

No responsibility for third-party sites or organizations. Basin RV does not own, operate, control, or monitor any linked third-party website or donation platform, and does not control how any donation is used. Basin RV makes no representation or warranty regarding any charitable organization or donation platform, including its tax-exempt status, registration, licensing, financial condition, conduct, fundraising practices, security practices, or use of funds.

No receipts, acknowledgments, or refunds. Because donations are made directly to a third party, Basin RV does not issue donation receipts, acknowledgments, or tax documentation, and does not process donation refunds, reversals, or chargebacks. Any receipt, acknowledgment, refund, or question regarding a donation must be directed to the charitable organization or donation platform that received it.

No tax advice. Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, or financial advice, and Basin RV makes no representation that any donation is or is not tax-deductible. Deductibility and documentation requirements are determined by the charitable organization and by applicable tax law. Please consult your own tax advisor.

Donations are voluntary. Any donation made through a third-party link is entirely voluntary. A donation is not consideration for, and is not a condition of, any product, service, membership, discount, or benefit offered by Basin RV, and whether you donate or not has no effect on your pricing, services, or your relationship with Basin RV.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Basin RV Repair LLC, doing business as Basin RV®, and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising out of or related to: (a) any donation made through a third-party link; (b) the acts, omissions, conduct, or use of funds of any charitable organization or donation platform; (c) any donation that is not received, is misdirected, is declined, or is not processed; (d) any failure, error, or interruption of any third-party website, platform, or payment processor; or (e) any reliance on information displayed on the Site concerning a linked organization.

Links may change. Basin RV is not obligated to maintain, monitor, verify, or update any charitable link, and may add, modify, or remove any such link at any time without notice.

No waiver of non-waivable rights. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
